A new gothic building in downtown Athens: The Legendary Tower of Patissia

Historical Buldings round the area
For the Greek urban landscape the neogothic rhythm is foreign. Thus, the villa on Thiras  Street is a rare example of neogothic regulation, which came exclusively from the owner's need to highlight the historical origins of his family, found in 15th century Italy. The architect builds a country villa, a hunting shelter, emphasizes its fortress character with the tower, the embalming, the family's echoes, the wheels and the cranthema, creating an environment out of the middle ages with romantic secrecy.
