Visitors may cancel the detention without due cause and shall be entitled to the refund of any price paid under the following conditions:
1. If canceled up to fourteen days before the date of arrival, 100% of the amount paid shall be reimbursed
2. In the event of cancelation between thirteen and seven days before the date of arrival, 50% of the amount paid shall be refunded. If only 50% of the amount for the detention has been paid out, a refund will not be approved and the remaining 50% will not be charged.
3. In the event of cancelation less than seven days before the date of arrival, no amount shall be refunded.
4. In the event of withdrawal before the agreed period, the money for the overnight stays remaining shall not be reimbursed.
